Recent developments include the installation of a new facade panel at 31 E. Judson St., a building designated as the future home to nearly 700 county employees. Ground preparation has also begun for new parking structures on the former Phoenix Center site. These efforts are part of a long-term, $174.5 million investment to restore economic activity, improve walkability and create a more vibrant downtown for residents, businesses and visitors.
