We’re sorry to announce that this year’s Oakland Edge Tournament has been canceled. We thank you for your support and interest in the tournament and look forward to gearing up in 2017!
Tape up your stick, sharpen those blades and gather your team for the 8th Annual Oakland Edge Adult Hockey Tournament on April 15-17, 2016. More than 400 men and women from the Midwest and Canada competed in 2015 at the Onyx Ice Arena in Rochester, MI. We’re excited to have the Sled division back for the fifth year.
The deadline for teams to register is Wednesday, April 8. Register online at www.OaklandEdge.com. The tournament is open to both men and women and teams are guaranteed a minimum of three games. Those who make it to the finals will play five games. Individual & team trophies will be presented to the championship winners and runners-up in each division; all participants will receive an Oakland Edge Tournament T-shirt.
The Oakland Edge is presented by Oakland County Executive L. Brooks Patterson and Oakland County Parks & Recreation, as part of the county’s ongoing commitment to health and wellness, and sponsored by Perani’s Hockey World and Warrior. The tournament is sanctioned by USA Hockey and the Michigan Amateur Hockey Association #MIT 1614735084.
