Registration Still Open for the Brooksie Way 2015

2015 Brooksie Way Medal

Don’t miss out on The 2015 HealthPlus Brooksie Way! Registration is open for teams and individuals until Thursday, September, 24th, 2015. The Brooksie Way is one of Oakland County’s premier quality of life events. The Brooksie Way was named after the late Brooks Stuart Patterson, son of Oakland County Executive L. Brooks Patterson. Patterson began the Brooksie Way races to promote Oakland County and encourage people to become more physically active.

The race will take place on Sunday, September 27th, 2015 in Rochester, Michigan. Make sure you know the race route, start time, and other race info before you head out! Residents in the area should make note of road closures, and be aware of racers starting at 12pm on Saturday, September 26th for the kids’ race, and 8am on Sunday, September 27th. Road closures and more information can be found at the Auburn Hills road information page.

Brooksie Way Runners.

If running isn’t your forte, volunteers are always needed throughout the event. Volunteer yourself, your family, or your organization for Friday, Saturday or Sunday events. Over 300 volunteers are used throughout the weekend, and the event would not be possible without your help! Find more information on volunteering here.
