February is Heart Health Month

February is American Heart Month, and all across the country people are taking steps to minimize their risk for heart disease, heart attack, and stroke. According to the Center for Disease Control (CDC) the most common type of heart disease in the United States is coronary artery disease, which affects the blood flow to the heart and can cause a heart attack.
