Oakland Connects is a free program where Oakland County residents can speak with public health nurses or community health workers about available resources, including:
- Health-related resources and requests for information
- Referrals to other Oakland County programs
- Immunization waiver education appointments
- Referrals to housing resources and connection to Oakland County’s Housing Resource Center
- Navigating the shelter system
- Food and transportation
- And more
