Oakland 360 Care Center is a one-stop, innovative facility that provides health services seven days a week to Oakland County residents regardless of their ability to pay.
The center focuses on treating the whole person. Anyone is welcome to walk in, no appointment needed, to receive social support, behavioral and physical health services in one place.
Since its soft launch in May 2024, the Oakland 360 Care Center has provided services to more than 2,000 patients. The center offers comprehensive integrated services across three vital areas: behavioral health, including mental health crisis support and talk therapy, social support addressing needs like food, housing, and financial assistance, and essential physical health services.
Oakland 360Care Center is located at 48980 Woodward Ave. in Pontiac and open 7 days a week.
- Monday – Friday, Noon – 7 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday, 11:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
The Oakland 360 Care Center is operated by Honor Community Health, Oakland Community Health Network, Oakland Livingston Human Services Agency, and Oakland County. Oakland County contributed $1 million. The Penske Foundation has pledged $3 million over the next three years to support the center. The state of Michigan provided $5 million to help seed the center.
