The Great Marshmallow Drop
Experience pure joy and fun for all ages on March 29 at 11:30 a.m. at Catalpa Oaks County Park as 15,000 marshmallows drop from a helicopter. The Adaptive Drop follows the first three drops. The event is free. Call 248-858-0916 with questions.
Grand Slam Frenzy
Enjoy pizza, music and dancing on April 11 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Southfield Civic Center. This event is intended for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The cost is $10 per person, $5 per caregiver.
Disability Dirt Days
Get a thrill with off-roading at Holly Oaks ORV Park with rides provided by volunteers for a rider and one guest on May 5, Sept. 21 and Oct. 20 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Riders must be at least 10 years old. The event is free and all participants must register here.
Totally Tacos
Enjoy tacos with music and dancing on May 9 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Waterford Oaks Activity Center in this fun-filled social intended for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The cost is $10 per person, $5 per caregiver.
