Young Family Enjoys a Day at the Pumpkin Patch.Don’t forget about the pumpkins! Whether you like to decorate or carve your pumpkins, make it a fun day with a U-pick pumpkin patch and family time outside. Here are some carving tips:

  • Spray your pumpkin with bathroom cleaner when you are done to keep bugs, mold and rot away.
  • Decide on a design before hand to find just the right pumpkin size for your needs.
  • Draw your design on the pumpkin before you begin carving (this is especially good for little ones who need extra guidance).
  • Use props! Glitter, poms, paint, use it all to make your pumpkin extra awesome.
